three new residential infill developments at kingwood common; and assorted house extensions at stoke row, kingwood and shepherds green. in west oxfordshire planning permission and appeal success have been secured for sweet fuels for an outdoor swimming pool, garages and stable blocks in curbridge; and residential extensions at various sites in bampton and witney. we have recently successfully represented residents as rule 6 objectors at a public inquiry regarding a spitfire bespoke homes proposal for 46 open-market and affordable houses on a site at brighthampton/standlake (appeal ref: app?d3125/w/17/3182864) and are working on three different schemes at minster lovell, including the draft of a potential new neighbourhood plan. elsewhere in oxfordshire, we have secured residential development consents for taylor wimpey and jr baughan ltd at bicester, in cherwell district. buckinghamshire:- consent secured in aylesbury vale for housing infill developments in granborough near winslow for jr baughan ltd; at radclive, near buckingham; and at weston turville and edgcott, near aylesbury for a private landowner and the vale of aylesbury housing trust; as well as a couple of barn conversions at foscott, near buckingham and wendover, near great missenden. these included four appeal successes. a brethren meeting hall for the brackley fox lane gospel hall trust was secured at buckingham and a residential development of 6 houses plus a new local plan allocation for a further 33 houses was secured on the edge of bletchley for cass properties uk. elsewhere in buckinghamshire, we unfortunately lost an appeal for a large new underground code level-6 eco-dwelling on a green belt/chilterns aonb site at lane end, near marlow, in wycombe district. however, consent was subsequently secured for a smaller dwelling on the same site. current promotions include a 25-dwelling mixed open-market and affordable scheme on the edge of weston turville, near aylesbury, an 8-dwelling redevelopment of part of a former farmyard complex at aston sandford, near haddenham, a new 40-house development promotion at dinton, near aylesbury, and a wedding reception venue conversion of former barns at a site at westlington, also near aylesbury. surrey:- consents secured at appeal for residential developments on behalf of banner homes and cala homes for schemes at frimley, in surrey heath, northwood in hillingdon and purley in croydon. we also secured consent for a residential garage conversion in the green belt in tandridge district and are currently seeking at similar consent at a site near holtye, in wealden district. having successfully won an appeal and costs for a 3-dwelling infill scheme at hindhead in waverley borough, we are currently pursing appeals on behalf of ashgrove homes for two sites at ashtead and great bookham in mole valley district (3 and 8 units, respectively). sussex:- successfully fought appeals on behalf of cala homes/banner homes at haywards heath in mid sussex and secured outline consent for 21 houses on the edge of ringmer, in lewes district. most recently, we secured appeal consent for the landowner for 8 new houses.on land south of grade ii* listed sunte house, on the edge of haywards heath. costs were also awarded against mid sussex district council in that instance. having subsequently secured consent for another dwellinmg for the same landowner on another part of his estate, we are currently pursuing another appeal for two more houses on land to the north of the house. essex:- successfully appealed on behalf of ilford & dagenham properties an infill dwelling at hornchurch, in havering borough. previously secured consent for whipps cross university hospital nhs trust a small extension to the whipps cross hospital, in waltham borough.. west yorkshire:- promoted a residential development at linton, near wetherby as part of their neighbourhood plan; whilst in durham:- sought to discharge conditions following approval for a large new replacement house at south hetton; and promoted a scheme near retford in nottinghamshire. ab planning & development provides an extensive array of services centred on its expertise in the town planning profession and its continuing successes in securing planning permissions, listed building consents and development plan allocations for a variety of different development types and for a wide range of clients. as part of our services, we: prepare planning site appraisals;
